If your organization is interested in being considered for a grant from the Foundation, please use the Google Form below to apply.  Applications are due annually by September 29 and are typically considered by the Board of Trustees in October.

If your organization received a previous grant from the Foundation, please complete the Grant Recipient Evaluation Form link below before you complete a new Grant Application. Evaluation forms need to be received by September 1 in order to be considered for a grant.
